Shipping

We only ship within the continental USA.  We do not ship to CA, OR, or WA.

Bare root plants and crown divisions ship during the spring and fall, while plants are dormant.  This is the best way to ensure healthy plants and limit transplant shock as well as limit your shipping costs.  Spring ship dates are usually in late March and early April and fall ship dates are usually in late October and early November, weather depending.  We do our best to have plenty of plants but these are living things that don't always cooperate with our schedules and desires.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We will reimburse major shipping overages.

Growing Methods

Plants are grown in the best soils possible and are never sprayed with synthetic fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. The nursery is located in USDA Hardiness Zone 6. If you have any questions about our growing methods, don’t hesitate to reach out! We like to say that we are “beyond organic!”
